Invited by the University of Bolton and De Montfort University and approved by the Education Department of Hunan Province and the Foreign Affairs Office of Hunan Provincial People’s Government, a delegtaion led by Liu Chaoliang, dean of the School of Education, visited the two British universities between May 23 and 27, 2016.
